Filipino Food Recipe - Braised Pork Chop

Braised Pork Chop Ingredients
1/2 kilo pork chops
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup flour
1 tablespoon butter
2 pieces medium onions, sliced into rings
a pinch of allspice
a pinch of sugar
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
1/2 cup pork stock
3 tablespoons vinegar
Cooking Instructions for Braised Pork Chop
Marinate pork chops in Worcestershire sauce for at least 10 minutes. Dredge in flour and set aside. Reserve marinade.
Heat butter in pan. Flour-coated pork chops until browned.
Add marinade, onion rings, allspice, sugar and vinegar. Simmer for 20 minutes until meat is tender.
Cooking Tip: To make a lighter dish, do not dredge the pork chops in flour.
